  • What is a leadership consultant?
A leadership consultant is a person who has a proven record of being an impactful leader in a particular industry.
  • Why do I need a consulting service?
I would recommend our services if you have any new and/or struggling leaders who need more guidance. We have all been there and understand how deflating it can be to be a leader and not have the skills or knowledge to move the organization forward. We work with district-level and campus leaders who are in a position to allocate resources.
  • How many sessions will I need to sign up for?
There is not a minimum or maximum for Executive Coaching Sessions. Typically, a client benefits the most if they have a coaching session every 3-4 weeks.
  • What is the difference between coaching and mentoring?
I encourage you to check out my YouTube video on this topic! In its simplest form, a mentor helps the client move forward based on the mentor’s experience. A coach helps the client move forward by asking the right questions to help the client move forward in the direction they want to go.
  • What if I’m dealing with niche challenges and I don’t see this specialty under anyone’s professional summary?
Let’s talk and see if I have someone within my network who can meet your needs. I have a large network of phenomenal professionals who would be glad to help.
  • What results can I expect from working with your company?
This depends on what you are hiring us to do. The top two results we consistently provide are: systems put into place and leaders gaining clarity about how to solve problems and move forward.
  • What are the terms of working with your consulting services?
After we have a thorough understanding of the client’s needs, we put together a written proposal that is agreed upon before any services are started.
  • Do you offer virtual services?
    Yes we do!
  • Who will be visiting? Can I choose which consultant I want to work with?
We work very hard to match the right consultant with the needs of the district. On most occasions this request is not a problem to accommodate.
  • Do John and Lisa Hinds also offer services? Or do they send out other consultants?

Currently, we are all located in San Antonio, Texas. However, we all have luggage and love to travel! So, yes, we happily work with clients wherever they might be.

We work with each client independently. Some districts prefer any travel expenses be included in the daily rate, while others prefer it be itemized separately. We can create the contract to specify either way that is best for the client.
